3月5日，十四届全国人大四次会议听取了全国人大常委会副委员长李鸿忠作的关于生态环境法典草案的说明。生态环境法典是我国第二部以“法典”命名的法律，将为实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化进一步筑牢法治基础。
第六十九条 对裁决书中的文字、计算错误或者仲裁庭已经裁决但在裁决书中遗漏的事项，仲裁庭应当补正；当事人自收到裁决书之日起三十日内，可以请求仲裁庭补正。
